Return & Refund Policy
Our Commitment
At Risepekt, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- With all original packaging and documentation
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at support@risepekt.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of why you wish to return the item
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Return Shipping
Once we approve your return, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please pack the item securely and include the label on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the return address provided.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or are worn
- Items without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
Defective Items
If you believe you received a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Shipping & Handling
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective. Return shipping is our responsibility if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
